Micro-nano Ozone Emission Reduction System is for Emission Control from Heat Treating, Oil Quench and Tempering Furance. In addition to generate micro and nano sizes ozone bubbles, adding catalytic substances in the water plus other wastewater treatment technologies, can have a wide range of application.

Smokes and odors reduction in metal heat treatment and plastic injection
During metal heat treating, the oil on metal surface which originally is for rust prevention vaporizes. And plastic injection also generates harmful organic gases (VOCs), both are mainly hydrophobic. The new generation of VitaBio technologies can achieve smoke and odors reduction to meet new emission requirements.

Odors reduction at garbage transfer station
Because of the food decomposition, it generates acid smell near the garbage transfer station. Through negative pressure suction to collect odors, the micro-nano ozone treatment system can eliminate odor and can rapidly oxidize and decompose the catched odorous gas.

Wastewater Advanced Oxidation Treatment
The free radicals (OH) produced by ozone in water can rapidly oxidize and decompose a variety of organic compounds and reduce sludge deposits.

Process Description
The flue gas is moved outside the workshop by the exhaust fan, and the air range of the blower is 2700-5100m3/h, 4-5.5Kw, 380V, pipe size 400-500mm
the self-priming pump is introduced to move water from pool and into the system to generate micro-nano ozone bubbles, and outputs to
downwind pipe after exhaust fan and spray chamber,
The water flow of suction pump is 2-2.5tons/hour, and the hydraulic pressure H is about 24 meters. Under normal operation, 3 water nozzles can be supported.
